SOLIDARITY EVENTS The amazing National Museum Wales PCS strikers are now entering their sixth week of all out strike action

The amazing National Museum Wales PCS strikers are now entering their sixth week of all out strike action and are continuing to pile on the pressure. All out strike action has resulted in intervention by the Welsh Assembly and PCS are now waiting for a meeting with Museum managers next week.

The strikers have been all over the UK inspiring those who care about culture and who want to see an alternative to austerity policies that try to make the lowest paid bear the brunt of the cuts. They have received fantastic support and solidarity wherever they go raising thousands of pounds. Follow all their activity on facebook.

We hope that all those who supported our campaign at National Gallery will get involved and help raise support for them.  Please come to the solidarity social in London, or events in Birmingham and Wales next week and hear from the strikers themselves.

Please bring collections and donations with you if you can. Let us know if you could help organise a similar event and see below for other ways you can help.

Thanks for your solidarity!
